This lighting option provides you with a bit more length than our shorter light cords, allowing more versatility of use throughout your home or event. Constructed of a "UL" rated cord for durability and consistency with US electrical systems, we have incorporated an in-line on/off switch for easy operation, located about 3 feet from the two prong wall plug. The standard type "A" socket also fits conventional and efficient CFL or LED bulbs up to 60 watts maximum. With the included tightening nut, you can easily use this light to hang just about any of our 12 inch and larger hanging lanterns.

But don't think this cord works only with our lanterns: feel free to explore your luminescent creativity. Try hanging a lamp shade from it, and this cords lets you create a "floating" light. Or insert the cord into a bucket, artistically cut, for a unique home feature. The options are limited only by your creativity.
