Ordering

We welcome you to either place your order online 24/7 or via phone 1-800-799-7422 during our business hours  (Monday – Friday 9–5 PST)

Please review your order carefully as once it is submitted it cannot be changed.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.

When you submit your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for your order are available while we process your order and prepare it for shipment. At the time of shipment, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be voided in 5-7 business days.

Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, we will email you an order confirmation.

We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. Please call us at 1-800-799-7422 immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders shipped to California will be charged California sales tax.

Some products such as electrical cords, painted glass products and other household products will expose you to lead and/or other substances that are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm.

At this time, we do not ship internationally with the exception of shipping to some parts of Canada. We hope to be shipping internationally in the near future. Please check back frequently.

All orders are shipped from our Northern California warehouse. Transit times may vary. Major Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business or transit days. This is a US based site with all pricing in USD and does not include international currency conversion rates or fees which may vary by financial institution. Duties/Taxes and brokerage charges (if applicable) are billed to the customer upon delivery of goods. Duties are calculated during the time of import to your country. Shipping/Transit times do not include: processing time, Duties/Taxes or possible brokerage charges (if applicable).

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of placing your order; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either case, and provided an approximate date of shipment or assistance selecting an alternate item. When placing your order, please review your shipping address carefully. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are unable to make changes once your order is placed.

If the value of items in your bag totals $100+, you qualify for free Standard shipping (within the contiguous US only.) Out-of-stock items are qualified. No coupon code necessary. Shipping charges will automatically be deducted from your order at checkout for qualifying orders.

Orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Please note that the shipping times below are an estimate and apply only to shipments within the contiguous US. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside the contiguous US.
