Please review your order carefully as once it is submitted it cannot be changed.
When adding items to your bag, you may occasionally encounter products that are available for pre-order. This happens when an item is temporarily out of stock or when the quantity you desire exceeds the quantity we currently have in stock. A pop-up will advise you of the number of items currently in stock, the number of items that will be pre-ordered to meet your order, as well as the date the pre-order will be available. You will not be charged for pre-ordered items until they ship. Back-orders and preorders will be shipped without notification, if within 60 days of original ship date.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
When you submit your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for your order are available while we process your order and prepare it for shipment. At the time of shipment, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be voided in 5-7 business days.
Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, we will email you an order confirmation.
We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. Please call us at 800.799.7422 immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Orders shipped to Vermont will be charged Vermont sales tax.
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will happily extend a one–time price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of shipment.
Some products such as electrical cords, painted glass products and other household products will expose you to lead and/or other substances that are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm.
At this time, we do not ship internationally with the exception of shipping to some parts of Canada. We hope to be shipping internationally in the near future. Please check back frequently.

Luna Bazaar does not pay international taxes, duties or brokerage fees, nor do we include these fees in our shipping rates. We are not able to provide an estimate for these fees and suggest you contact your local customs office for more information. Sometimes these fees are significant; please take this into account when you place your order. You will need to pay these fees before your order can be delivered. If the shipping carrier is unable to collect duties and brokerage fees associated with your order, the package must be abandoned. No refund can be issued because we cannot reclaim the shipment once it has been abandoned.
We have joined with UPS to offer a discounted brokerage fee. UPS will contact you directly to arrange payment of these fees and taxes.

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of placing your order; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either case, and provided an approximate date of shipment or assistance selecting an alternate item.
When placing your order, please review your shipping address carefully. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are unable to make changes once your order is placed.
If the value of items in your bag totals $100+, you qualify for free Standard shipping (within the contiguous US only.) Out-of-stock items are qualified. No coupon code necessary. Shipping charges will automatically be deducted from your order at checkout for qualifying orders.

Please note that the shipping times below are an estimate and apply only to shipments within the contiguous US. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside the contiguous US.

We are happy to offer Free Returns within the contiguous US. Please see details below.
- To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Merchandise may be returned for a refund if within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns made 31–90 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only.
- Returns are not accepted after 90 days.
- Damage claims must be reported by phone within 30 days of delivery and prior to returning merchandise.
- Clearance and “Final Sale” items cannot be returned.
- Free Returns are available for eligible orders within the contiguous US within 30 days of the delivery date. If you choose to use our pre-paid Return Label and you are not eligible for Free Returns, you will be credited for the merchandise less the return shipping cost.
- Most returns take 2–3 weeks to process. Refunds or store credits are applied within five business days of processing your return. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment.
- Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable

To complete a return, please follow the steps below:

- Carefully pack your return, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to poor packaging of a return.
- Print your free Return Label here. Free Returns are available for eligible orders within the contiguous US. If you choose to use our pre-paid Return Label and you are not eligible for Free Returns, you will be credited for the merchandise less the return shipping cost.
