When Will I Be Charged?
When you submit your order, your form of payment will be charged in full. This ensures the funds for your order are available while we process your order and prepare it for shipment. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the charge will be refunded.
Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, we will email you an order confirmation.
Please call us at 1-800-799-7422 immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, there may be instances where we are unable to cancel your order as the package has already been packed and placed on a shipping container. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Orders shipped to California will be charged California sales tax.

All orders are shipped from our Northern California warehouse.
Duties/Taxes and brokerage charges (if applicable) are a separate charge and are billed by carrier (USPS/FedEx/UPS). Duties are calculated during the time of import to your country and will be due from customer upon delivery of goods. Transit times may vary. Major Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business or transit days. This is a US based site with all pricing in USD and does not include international currency conversion rates or fees which may vary by financial institution. Shipping/Transit times do not include: processing time, Duties/Taxes or possible brokerage charges (if applicable).
Most in-stock items ship within 24 business hours of placing your order; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either case, and be provided an approximate date of shipment or assistance with selecting an alternate item. When placing your order, please review your shipping address carefully. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are unable to make changes once your order is placed.

If the value of items in your bag totals $100+, you qualify for free Standard shipping (within the contiguous US only.) Out-of-stock items are qualified. No coupon code necessary. Shipping charges will automatically be deducted from your order at checkout for qualifying orders.
Orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

A 20% Restocking Fee will apply to any item(s) with a broken or ripped barcode seal and any packages that are unauthorized, unclaimed, refused, and/or return to sender.
- All items in our Clearance section and/or with "BLOWOUT" or "CLOSEOUT" are FINAL SALES cannot be returned.
- Any items with plastic pull tab are not returnable once tab is pulled and/or missing.
- Any LED items with broken/ripped barcode seals will not be returnable.
- Any item that has been customized, personalized, used, altered, or damaged will not be refunded.
- Any Items returned opened & without original packaging.
Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for processing the return.
If you need a different color, size or style, we recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) first and then return the item(s) you have already received due to possible out of stock situations. This will also ensure stock and the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.
A refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges (if any) and/or additional rush handling fees, within 3 business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed out to your address within 3 business days. We recommend that if you pay using a gift card, do not discard your gift card. Please note that if we are unable to issue refund back to original payment method, a store coupon for an equivalent dollar value will be issued.
(Some banks may process refund sooner than others, please contact us and your bank if you have not received your credit within 7 business days)
Damaged Items :
Unfortunately, items may sometimes get damaged in transit so we must be notified of any damaged items within 5 business days of the receipt of your order. We will be unable to accept returns for any damaged items if we are not notified within this 5 business day damage period.
