  • Orders are currently (6/18/14) leaving the warehouse in 1 - 2 business days. Some orders require additional processing time due to their size.

  • Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 7-10 business days*. No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

  • We begin working on your order as soon as it is placed. We are not able to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been packed and invoiced.

Luna Bazaar ships with UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping rates are based on a combination of packing and handling as well as shipping and fuel charges incurred with UPS and FedEx.

When placing your order please make sure that your shipping address is precise. UPS and FedEx charge an additional $17.50 per box for any and all address corrections or intercepts once the order is in their possession.

UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes, so a physical address must be provided.
Express shipping fees are non refundable. Please consider any delays that may be caused by severe weather conditions in your area when estimating delivery times.

Express Order Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled or reduced Express orders. Canceled orders with a merchandise value up to $249.99 will be charged a $25.00 fee. Orders that are $250.00 and over will be charged a $50.00 fee. This fee only applies to canceled orders and does not apply if you choose to use regular UPS or FedEx ground service. Please understand that to get an exact shipping quote for your order we must first pack your order and get the quote from UPS or FedEx. We do not mark up our Express shipping rates in an effort to give you the most affordable rates. Actual shipping charges for Express services are determined by the weight, dimensions and destination of your order at the time of shipping. We will contact you to confirm shipping charges. International Billing and Shipping (Other than Canada)

Payments must be made in US dollars. We are happy to take your international order if you have a USA shipping address. Please note that not all International credit cards can be processed on our site. An active PayPal account can be used instead. Pre-Order Policy for Luna Bazaar

Luna Bazaar now offers the convenience of placing orders online for products that are not currently available for shipping.

You can Pre-order a new product that has not arrived yet from one of our suppliers. You can also Back Order products we carry that are temporarily out of stock. For convenience we refer to both kinds of orders as "Pre-orders".

Luna Bazaar will only charge for the items that ship immediately.

When an out of stock item is added to your cart:
- You will be advised by a message that the item is being pre-ordered.
- Payment for the pre-ordered item(s) will be charged at the time they ship from our warehouse.
- You will be contacted by phone or email once the item becomes available. We will confirm that you still want to purchase the item. If so, we will request your credit card CVV number before charging your card for the item(s).

If for any reason an item becomes unavailable after placing the order (for example, due to breakage), we will contact you by phone or email. You may choose to remove the item from your order, or place a pre-order to have it shipped later. If we don't receive a response within 2 business days of our initial contact, we will remove the item in question and ship the remainder of your order to avoid further delays. (Note: We are closed Sat. and Sun.) A confirmation email will be sent prior to the adjusted order being shipped.

Returns Policy

Free Returns Up To 90 Days

We are committed to offering you the very best craftsmanship, quality, and service. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it within 90 days for a refund of the merchandise amount, provided the item is unused and with all its original packaging intact. Clearance and sale items are not returnable. Items returned from an order with a coupon applied will be refunded less the discount if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that many of our items are hand-made and hand-painted, and therefore minor artistic variations in the design and or color are natural and to be expected.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact us by telephone or email within three business days of receiving your order. Please do not return a defective or damaged item without first contacting a customer service representative.
