Damage Claim If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact us at 1-800-223-1106 or at email@example.com within three business days of receiving your order.
Free Returns up to 30 Days - (48 contiguous states only)
Returns - If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the merchandise amount, provided the returned item(s) are unused and with all original packaging intact. Clearance and sale items are not returnable. Items returned from an order with a coupon/discount will be refunded less the discounted amount if applicable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To complete a return follow the steps below:
1. Please complete the returns form. You may download it here: RETURNS FORM.

2. To expedite your refund, please include a copy of your packing slip.
3. Carefully pack your item(s) using any type of box or shipping packaging of your choosing. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to poor packaging of a return.
4. Click RETURN LABEL for a Free UPS Return to print your return label. (Only applies to shipments from the contiguous 48 states. Does not apply to oversized items, for example 24 inch lanterns or larger.)
If you are sending a return outside of the contiguous 48 states or have an oversized item, please fill out the return form (link) and prepay the postage.

Most refunds are completed within five business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Luna Bazaar will not accept returns sent COD. These orders will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
