Luna Bazaar ships with UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping rates are based on a combination of packing and handling as well as shipping and fuel charges incurred with UPS and FedEx.
When placing your order please make sure that your shipping address is precise. UPS and FedEx charge an additional $11.00 per box for any and all address corrections or intercepts once the order is in their possession.
UPS and FedEx also do not ship to PO Boxes, so a physical address must be provided.
Please note that US Postal Service rates are higher than our UPS and FedEx rates.

Luna Bazaar has joined with UPS to offer our Canadian customers a discounted Brokerage fee. This discount is up to 75% off UPS's standard Brokerage fees.
These fees are NOT included in your order. UPS will contact you directly to arrange your payment of these fees along with any taxes.

Express Order Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled or reduced Express orders. Canceled orders with a merchandise value up to $249.99 will be charged a $25.00 fee. Orders that are $250.00 and over will be charged a $50.00 fee. This fee only applies to canceled orders and does not apply if you choose to use regular UPS or FedEx ground service. Please understand that to get an exact shipping quote for your order we must first pack your order and get the quote from UPS or FedEx. We do not mark up our Express shipping rates in an effort to give you the most affordable rates. Actual shipping charges for Express services are determined by the weight, dimensions and destination of your order at the time of shipping. We will contact you to confirm shipping charges. Shipping charges must be approved within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
International Billing and Shipping (Other than Canada)
We are happy to take your international order if you have a USA shipping address and an active PayPal account. Please be advised that international payments may take from 5 to 7 business days to process.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, you may set one up at www.paypal.com.
- Your PayPal account must be verified before making a payment to Luna Bazaar. The verification process takes 2-3 days.
- Payments must be made in US dollars.

Important for International Orders! Duties and Brokerage Fees
Duties and Brokerage fees are not included with your shipping quote. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees incurred with receiving your order. UPS or FedEx will contact you directly to obtain these fees.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Rush processing is an additional $10 fee that can be chosen during checkout to rush your order from the warehouse. This option will push your order to the front of the line and will leave our warehouse as soon as possible. Generally, if your order is placed before 1pm EST any orders with this option will leave the warehouse the same day. This is NOT Express Shipping. Ground ship times still apply.
Orders with Regular Processing usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will start our processing time the next business day. Orders placed on holidays will also start our processing time on the next business day.
Average UPS and FedEx Ground delivery to the contiguous 48 States and most of Canada is 2-5 business days (not including holidays and weekends).
Delays in processing are possible if an item becomes out of stock or if your need-by date could not be achieved with regular ground shipping. In this case, a customer service representative will contact you by phone and/or the email that was provided on your order.
Backorder Policy for Out of Stock Items
For orders that include an out-of-stock item, if we do not receive a response within 2 business days of our initial contact, we will remove the back-ordered item and ship the remainder of your order to avoid further delays. A confirmation email will be sent prior to the adjusted order being shipped.
